West Africa Architecture Festival " (WAAF 2.0)
Currently Ongoing is "The West Africa Architecture Festival " (WAAF 2.0) holding once again from 24th to 27th October 2017 in Port Harcourt. WAAF seeks to celebrate the achievements of African architects, its architecture and the relationship with the allied professionals; its influence on the lifestyle, outlook and culture of the people of the Sub-Saharan region and its global impact.
This National Program of the Nigerian Institute of Architects (NIA) which was staged for the first time last year is getting bigger and better, showcasing the exposition of Architecture, Building Materials/Systems, Electronics and Lifestyle Products in the West African Region. This year, we are including a Fashion Fair and Food Fiesta in addition to Workshops, Exhibitions, Lectures, Cultural Displays, Music Shows and Networking in a relaxed carnival atmosphere.
